Postal Hire: We dispatch your order by Australia Post Express by 11:00 am, two business days before your selected hire start date. We recommend choosing a hire start date 1–2 days before your event to allow a delivery buffer.
Example: If your hire starts on Thursday, we’ll post your order by 11:00 am Tuesday.

Nationwide Delivery: We offer Australia-wide delivery via Express Post for $30.00 per order, including a prepaid Express Post return satchel to make sending your hire back easy.
Lathlain Pickup: Collecting your hire from our Lathlain studio? Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a link in your order confirmation to book a 10-minute collection appointment during our available opening hours.
Please make sure you book your collection time before arriving so we can have your hire ready for you.
Local deliveries are made to your address between 10am and 12pm on your selected delivery date.
