Accidental Damage Protection

Includes up to $200 of accidental repairable damage, plus eligible postage delay protection.

Accidental damage may include:

  • stains requiring specialist treatment
  • damaged seams
  • broken straps
  • accidental zip damage, excluding damage caused by forcing or wearing an incorrectly fitting garment
  • damaged embellishments, trims or similar garment details

Postage delay protection applies where the customer can provide proof that the return was lodged on time in accordance with Vestir Studio’s return instructions. Late fees will not apply where the delay is caused solely by Australia Post after timely lodgement.

The protection does not cover:

  • ripped, torn or punctured fabric
  • loss or non-return
  • theft
  • deliberate damage
  • unauthorised alterations
  • washing, ironing or attempted repairs by the customer
  • damage caused by negligence or misuse
  • late fees, except where covered by the postage delay protection above
  • lost hire revenue
  • irreparable damage
  • repair costs above the $200 protection limit, with the customer responsible for the balance

Suitable events

A strong choice for weddings as a guest, cocktail events, engagement parties, and birthday celebrations. Fit information

Fitted through the bodice and body with no stretch in the outer taffeta. Internal boning provides structure and shape through the strapless bodice, while the full lining helps maintain the sculpted silhouette. The concealed centre-back zip gives the bust, waist and hips a more fixed fit. Pasduchas recommends allowing approximately 2.5 cm between your body measurements and the garment measurements for comfort.

If you are between sizes, compare your bust, waist and hip measurements carefully against the garment measurements before hiring.

Dress returns

Return to Vestir Studio

This dress must be returned to Vestir Studio by 12:00 noon on the final day of your hire.

You can return it:

  • contactlessly via the designated Vestir Studio parcel letterbox; or
  • by appointment during our current opening hours.

Please return the dress in the garment bag with any supplied hanger, belt, straps or other accessories. Standard professional cleaning is included in your hire fee, so there is no need to clean the dress yourself.

Return by Post

If your hire was delivered by post, your dress must be returned using the prepaid Express Post satchel supplied with your order.

Please lodge the parcel by 4:00 pm on the final day of your hire either:

  • over the counter at an Australia Post outlet; or
  • in a yellow Express Post box.

Please make sure the dress and any supplied belts, straps or other accessories are included before sealing the satchel.

We recommend keeping your tracking or proof of lodgement until Vestir Studio confirms the return has been received.
